Warranties

The Liberator standard warranty and Extended Warranty service ensures minimum inconvenience to you in the event of equipment failure and, where applicable, accidental damage. Below is a summary only of cover and you should contact us for full details and pricing.

Your standard 1 year warranty

• All Liberator hardware comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty,
• This standard warranty covers defective workmanship or component failure that causes the product to malfunction, but not accidental damage, fire, loss or theft.
• After your one-year warranty has expired all repairs are subject to charge.

On certain products (mainly the 'high-tech communication aids) you can extend and improve the standard warranty cover and level of service by purchasing Liberator's Assist extended warranty.

• Accidental damage cover
• Free loan machine when yours needs repairing (providing a loan device is available)
• Memory transfer - where possible we will advise you on moving your data from the faulty to the loan device and back again (if appropriate and a copy of the data is available)
• Free shipping of the faulty and loan device to / from our workshop
• Free repair or replacement of faulty or broken parts, including batteries and chargers, but not consumables or lost removable items
