Erin is a vibrant young woman with a wicked sense of humour and an unrivaled love of all hats! Erin uses her Accent 1000 with Unity 60 sequenced to navigate her way through her busy social life. Erin is a vintage Unity user from way back in the days before dynamic display devices existed – the new devices certainly make things faster now! Erin loves going out for a cup of tea and a chat, and uses her Accent device to place her order, and chat with her friends.

Erin is a fierce Fremantle Dockers supporter, and takes her device to all their home games so she can yell at the umpire and opposing team along with the rest of the Purple Army. Her personal favourite things to yell are ‘Are you blind umpire’ and telling the opposition team to ‘go home’! Back to that wicked sense of humour – a few years ago, Erin was a bridesmaid in her sister’s wedding. Feeling dissatisfied that she had not been named Maid of Honour, Erin used her device during her wedding speech to tell the wedding guests that she considered herself to be the ‘lead bridesmaid’ anyway, as well as telling her sister ‘I hope it works out, because I have taken over your room at home’. Erin’s speech was hands down the highlight of the wedding speeches, talk about stealing the show!

Nowadays, Erin has to use her device in a more authoritarian way – she has a mischievous 2-year-old niece who needs constant reminding to ‘be quiet’ or ‘stop shouting’, as well as being able to tell her sister when her niece has been naughty!
