Freight & Warranty
In an effort to provide what is really required in the new NDIS environment, Liberator has decided to blend in 2 major improvements into its service level.
From 1st August 2018, any one of the following major AAC devices purchased from Liberator will come with a full 3-Year parts & labour warranty. This will include cover for any physical damage sustained. It will also allow for failing batteries to be replaced at no extra cost. Liberator aims to deliver total peace of mind to device users & their families, prescribing clinicians, teachers, supporters & funders. This inclusive extended warranty applies to the Accent range of 800, 1000 & 1400, the NovaChat range of 5, 8, 10, & 12, & the Liberator LR7 rugged device. Customers will no longer have to secure a Quote, gain funding approval & then pay to send in the device for repair. From now on all you have to do is ring up Technical support & speak to Jeff on 08 8211 7766 who will issue you with an RA number (return authorisation). Assuming, that is, that the device problem cannot be resolved by phone.
Additionally, so as to make the repair process even easier, Jeff will provide you with a code number which will allow you to generate a special postage label. Print this off and affix it to the device box before lodging at your local post-office. The equipment will then be shipped back to HQ in Adelaide via an Express Service, free of charge to you. Similarly, when the device has been fixed, it will be posted back to you at no cost. This will save you as a customer having to worry about gaining freight approvals while also saving you money.
Finally, this free Express freight service, via Australia Post’s e-parcel system, is available to everyone trialling a Liberator device. Upon completion of the trial, the equipment simply has to be returned free of cost through the same e-parcel service. Details will be supplied before the trial begins.
You will never have to fret about the cost of the postage or having to try and organise approval beforehand.
