Liberator has held the price of its main lines steady for several years. Yet, in line with the Cost Of Living index cumulatively increasing year by year, consideration has had to be given to a price rise.
At the same time Liberator seeks to give ever greater value in its product offering. Already, the level of support, training & service provided as standard is indicative of quality, delivered in a manner that is appropriate in terms of intensity & duration. Although this can be borne by the present pricing structure, Liberator now intends to supply additional benefits to all its customers.
Any major voice-out communication device purchased after 1st August 2018 will now come with a full 3-Year Warranty. Moreover, this will cover not just parts & labour, but also any physical damage & also battery replacement. Plus, free freight is on offer to send devices back to Liberator for repair or service at any time.
In order to partially fund these new extended Warranty conditions, Liberator will be raising the price of its main AAC devices by $500 from 1st August 2018. This applies to the Accent 800, Accent 1000, & the NovaChat 5, 8, 10 & 12 models, along with the LR7, & the ChatFusion 8 & 10. The Accent 1400 price will remain as is, but still attract the improved warranty conditions.
