Our team of Consultants is dedicated to keeping the conversation going; offering support and advice to communicators, their families and their networks across Australia.

Trial support

You can try before you decide — completely free. We offer no-obligation 3-week device trials, with free return postage through Liberator’s e-Parcel Service. You’ll also receive personalised support every step of the way, before, during, and after your trial. This includes ongoing telephone and email assistance, a 45–60-minute training session with a local consultant, and guaranteed online support. If you’re within 30km of a CBD area, we can provide face-to-face support to ensure you get the most out of your trial experience.

Customer support

As a valued Liberator customer, you’ll enjoy complimentary services for the entire life of your device. This includes unlimited telephone and email technical support, as well as access to device-specific support documents whenever you need them. You’ll also receive 45-60 minutes training sessions during key service transitions, such as starting school or changing service providers (one session per transition). In addition, you’re entitled to a 45-60 minutes training session with your local consultant — either online or in person if you’re within 30km of a major CBD area.

To further support your communication journey, we provide a 1-year subscription to the AAC Language Lab and a 1-year subscription to the Realize Language online data analysis tool.

AAC Learning Journey has a wealth of options for on-demand product training, including LAMP and Unity courses.
