Liberator offers free, 3 week trials of our entire device range. We are committed to supporting you before, during and after the trial period. We can give an online demonstration using the program application support software that accompanies each device. In addition to unlimited phone and email support during the trials, we also offer up to two personalised, 60-90 minute virtual training sessions, and one additional virtual (or on-site, where possible) training session with your local consultant.
We want to make sure you are equipped with the knowledge to get the most out of your Liberator device. Within two months of purchase, you can request a free 60-90 minute virtual (or on-site, where possible) training session with your local consultant. An online meeting is also a great way to troubleshoot with your device or discuss programming & accessing a range of software features.
