Important Update: Look® Eye Tracking Module for Accent® 1000

As we continue to develop and improve our AAC solutions, we’ve made the decision to retire the Look® eye tracking module for the Accent® 1000 device.

This will help us focus our resources where they’ll have the most impact for our customers.

Committed to Supporting Your Device

Every device we build comes with our commitment to support it for at least five years after it ships. Look® is covered by a one-year accessory warranty, and your Accent® 1000 is part of our industry-best 3-year warranty. Your device and its accessories will continue to be serviced for five years after purchase. 

Alternative Eye Tracking Options

After Look® for Accent® 1000 is unavailable, you’ll have two options for eye tracking access with our products: 

  • Accent® 1400 is compatible with Look and offers a larger 14-inch screen 
  • VersaEye® with Hiru 

Important Dates for Look® for Accent® 1000

1 November 2025: Final date to submit a trial request for Look® for Accent® 1000. 

1 March 2026 (or sooner if sold out): Beginning this date, Look® for Accent® 1000 will no longer be available. If you have approved NDIS funding and an open order for this device, please contact us to discuss your options on 02 9124 9945 or via email at support@liberator.net.au.
