Trial our devices for free

Trial devices are available to test for 3 weeks. Each trial must include a speech pathologist. If another person is completing this form, please include the speech pathologist’s contact details. The speech pathologist must complete Access training if this is their first trial with Liberator.

All device trials are free, including free return to Liberator’s head office, via our e-Parcel service by Australia post.

Step 4: Terms and conditions

All Liberator equipment trials are free of charge, including freight.

Please read the following conditions & indicate your agreement below:

No equipment will be issued until a Trial Agreement Form has been received.
Access training requirement: The primary therapist needs to complete our Access training (or be exempt). If you're unsure about your training status, contact your local Liberator consultant.
Items can be trialled for between 1 and 3 weeks.
Return packaging: Please use the original packaging to return the device after your trial. Each device will include a checklist signed by Liberator’s dispatcher. If there is any discrepancy, please notify Liberator immediately.
Return shipping:Use our e-parcel service to return the device – this provides tracking and proof of delivery. Please provide your return tracking number to trials@liberator.net.au as proof of return.
Cleanliness: Please return devices in a clean condition.

About Device Damage

Your care and attention in protecting the equipment from preventable harm is appreciated.
Normal wear and tear is expected and absolutely fine – these devices are built for daily use!
If accidental damage occurs during your trial (drops, spills, minor impacts), there's no charge for repairs. The device will simply be fixed and go back into our trial pool.
Don't let concern about accidental damage stop you from thoroughly testing the device. That's what trials are for!

If trialling a floor mount:

Having an OT involved in setup and the trial process is strongly recommended.
Before setting up the floor mount, the SP (and OT if involved) must read the User Guide and Safety Instructions, and watch the "Assembling the FS TeleLock QP" and "Adjusting the FS TeleLock" tutorials on the Rehadapt FS TeleLock QP webpage.
We recommend contacting your Liberator state consultant to request in-person support for setting up the mount.
