New Website Order Process

Welcome to Liberator’s new website. We have changed the order process to make way for a simpler, automated quote-to-invoice function (coming soon).

Step 1: Register for an account

You will need to Register for a new account to save quotes and orders. Logins from the previous website will not work on the new website.

  1. From any page, click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner, or use this link
  2. Use the Register form on the right to enter your name and email, and save a password.

If you need access to a quote that was created on our previous website, please contact us.

Step 2: Place an order via the webstore

To create an order for a newly funded device or accessories:

  1. Navigate to Products and add your items into the cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout and complete the required fields (this replaces the Order Form we used previously).
  3. Select “Direct Bank Transfer” to request an invoice for payment.

Important: Invoice recipient for NDIS participants

For Self-Managed and NDIA-Managed funding, please enter the nominee email in the “Email address (for invoice delivery)” field. If it is NDIA-Managed, Liberator will create a payment request via the NDIS portal.

For Plan-Managed funding, please enter the plan manager email. Alternatively, you can enter your own email and forward the invoice to the plan manager if you wish to track its progress.

If you require any changes or would like assistance with your order, please contact our Customer Service team. We can raise an invoice from your quote.

If you need access to a quote that was created on our previous website, please contact us with your name and the AAC Communicator’s name and we’ll email it to you ASAP.

Additional Information

You will notice that devices now come in “Bundles”. This is to ensure that all AAC Communicators receive a bag and frame colour of choice (where applicable), as well as capturing language software selections. Some of the accessory pricing has changed, and will be charging shipping rates going forward. If there are any increases to what you have been quoted, please contact us so that we can match the pricing for your invoice.
