How to order your NDIA approved AAC Device
If you’ve been notified that you’ve received NDIA approval for your AAC device then please see below for Liberator’s ordering process, depending on how your plan is managed, to get your order underway.
Once you have completed the appropriate online order form & submitted it, Liberator will immediately compile an invoice which will be emailed to the nominated payee for those Self-Managed & Plan-Managed.
If you are directly NDIA-Managed, having received your submitted order form, Liberator will seek funding through the government’s portal payment system. If there is a problem with the Service-Booking, Liberator will contact the intended recipient.
When Liberator has secured payment for the AAC device & any accessories, it will promptly despatch the equipment by StarTrack courier & send you a tracking number by email.
Once we receive confirmation of the information above, we will despatch the order with an invoice to the family. The family have 30 days to pay. This will allow them to claim the funds from the NDIA, get reimbursed and then they pay Liberator.

- Liberator will not accept any AAC device order unless it is in the form of the correct online order form
- Any Liberator equipment not covered by NDIA Funding should be ordered directly through the webstore
- Any accessories to be ordered independent of a device order, should be ordered directly through the webstore
