How to order your NDIA approved AAC equipment

If you’ve been notified that you’ve received NDIA approval for your AAC device then please see below for Liberator’s procedure depending on how your plan is managed to get your order underway;

 

Agency Managed (by NDIA);

Once approved, NDIA will create a Service Booking via the NDIA portal.  As soon as Liberator receives these approval’s we will contact the customer (who initially generated the quote), to confirm delivery details etc.  The goods will then be despatched to the requested delivery address and Liberator will process payment of the invoice directly through the NDIS portal against the approved Service Booking.

 

Self-Managed;

Please email mel@liberator.net.au with the following information;

  • Quote Number
  • Client’s Name
  • Client’s NDIS Number
  • A copy of the funding confirmation received.  This can either be a copy of the email received from NDIA confirming approval, a screen capture of the Portal showing available funds in your Assistive Technology budget or a copy of the page in the approved plan showing funding availability
  • Invoice details – family’s full name, address, contact number and email
  • Delivery details if different to the invoice details (e.g Speech Pathologist address etc)

Once we receive confirmation of the information above, we will despatch the order with an invoice to the family.  The family have 30 days to pay.  This will allow them to claim the funds from the NDIA, get reimbursed and then they pay Liberator.

 

Plan Managed (by an Organisation);

Please email mel@liberator.net.au with the following information;

  • Quote Number
  • Client’s Name
  • Client’s NDIS Number
  • A copy of the funding confirmation received.  This can either be an email received from the Plan Management Company or from NDIA confirming approval
  • Invoice details – Plan Management company’s name, address, contact number and email address to send invoice to
  • Delivery details – name and address of where to send device to (family or Speech Pathologist etc)

 

Once we receive confirmation of the information above, we will despatch the order to the delivery address requested and email the invoice direct to the Plan Management Company’s email address provided.
