How to Order Your Device

Create a Quote

To create a quote for an Assistive Technology Funding Application:

  • Create an account if you wish to save your quote for later (see below).
  • Navigate to the Products and select items. You must include software/vocabulary and frame colour choices. Click “Add to quote”.
  • Click ‘View the quote’ then complete the form including Participant/AAC Communicator’s details. You will receive a PDF of the quote within a few minutes.

Your quote is valid for 6 months.

Place an Order

To create an order for a newly funded AAC device or accessories:

  • Navigate to the Products and select items. You must include software/vocabulary and frame colour choices. Click “Add to cart”.
  • Proceed to the checkout and complete the required fields (this replaces the previous Order Form).
  • Plan Managed and NDIA Managed funds: select “Direct Bank Transfer” and we’ll email the invoice to the “Email address (for invoice delivery)”. For NDIA manage funds, we’ll complete the NDIS payment request.
  • Self Managed funds: Request an invoice by selecting “Direct Bank Transfer” and we’ll email the invoice to the “Email address (for invoice delivery)” OR select “Credit / Debit Card” to complete payment and we will email you the paid invoice to claim.

Create an Account

To save your quotes and orders you can Register your email address to create an account. If you had an account on our old website, you will need to register again on our new site. NB. This is not mandatory – you can place an order without logging in.

  1. From any page, click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner, or use this link
  2. Use the Register form on the right to enter your name and email, and save a password.

Delivery

Once we receive payment, we’ll ship your order by StarTrack courier, and email a tracking link to the delivery recipient. If you provide a mobile phone number StarTrack will provide SMS delivery updates.

If you need access to a quote that was created on our previous website, please contact us with your name and the AAC Communicator’s name and we’ll email it to you ASAP.
