To create a quote or order your AAC Device, use our webstore to select products.
To create a quote, click ‘add to quote’ as you select products. Once you have selected everything you need, click ‘View the quote’ then complete the form. You will receive a PDF of the quote within a few minutes.
To place an order, add your products to the cart, then follow the checkout process. If the purchase is from NDIS funds then you will be asked to provide participant details, the billing contact, delivery details, and the funding type. An invoice will be emailed to the billing email, and if the plan is NDIA managed we will submit a payment request to the NDIS within 24 hours.
Once we receive payment, we’ll ship your order by StarTrack courier, and email a tracking link to you. If you provide a mobile phone number StarTrack will provide SMS delivery updates.
